Signal Detection Methodology
Tier 1 — Generic signals (org-agnostic keyword + pattern matching): approval_delay, recurring_blocker, decision_without_owner, burnout_signal, key_person_dependency.
Tier 2 — Org-specific signals (discovered from corpus via NLP + LLM): project stalls, named-person dependencies, customer escalation patterns, vendor blockers.

Signal hits are deduplicated by meeting. Confidence: pattern matching 75–90%, LLM extraction 80–95%.

The % of meeting time spent on topics that cannot be mapped to a current company OKR. High drift = capacity consumed by work disconnected from stated goals.
Bridge Centrality
A network metric measuring how often a person serves as the only connection between otherwise separate meeting groups. High score = single point of failure risk.
Signal
A recurring text pattern in meeting transcripts that indicates a specific operational condition — e.g. approval latency, recurring blocker, or ownership ambiguity.
Corporate Gap
An organizational capability identified as critical but chronically under-resourced, understaffed, or repeatedly deferred across meetings.
Decision Fog Zone
A meeting type with high decision volume but low verified closure rate — decisions are stated but rarely tracked to completion.
Automation Target
A recurring meeting pattern (action, request, or process) that is highly repetitive and structurally amenable to AI agent automation.
Governance Notes
  • Sensitive meetings (HR, Legal, Board, Incident Response, Finance Capital Markets) are excluded before any analysis begins
  • No transcript content is stored beyond the analysis window; raw text is processed in-memory
